Wait, I never knew about that Email Campaign feature!

New to our system? Or maybe, you haven't used our Email Campaign feature yet? Here are some tips for beginners – and experts!

The Basics:

• A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words! Adding a banner image will make your campaign unique and more visually appealing to your audience. Click the +add Banner Image to add your image.

• Make it Social! Don’t forget to add social media icons to your campaign! The buttons at the top are for sharing and re-posting the email. The links at the bottom are ‘follow me’ links for your social accounts.

• Add a Pop of Color! Use the Color drop down menu to choose a color scheme for your email. You can also click any field to customize its filler color. Choose Background Color on the toolbar. The header, sub-header and body paragraph fields are all separate – this means they can be filled with different colors, if you choose. 

And for the experts...

• Use the Button link (on rich-text toolbar) to insert a button-link to one of your forms. Keep in mind, you must create the button from the form admin page before it will be available for you to insert into an email.

• Use the Personalized Text button to merge member-specific information to each email. This allows you to include recipient-specific information, like each recipient’s name in the salutation.

• Use the +MP link to merge data from previously submitted forms. For Example: “Thanks for signing up for our event! Please print this email as your confirmation!”
