Once you’ve created the event and sent out the invitations, your family can view everything from the Newsfeed. They can RSVP, make payments towards food, travel, lodging, and even make additional comments.

Send out your reminders

Broadcast makes it easy to buzz in your family’s ear to keep them on task when it comes to the trip. You can send a reminder out from the app that will go straight to their cells and/or emails, without all the fuss.
 
Need a reminder for yourself to send the reminder? Not a problem – schedule out emails to be sent ahead of time so you’ll never forget.

Collect last minute payments

It’s the day of the trip, and OF COURSE someone ALWAYS wants to pay at the last minute. We’ve got you covered: collect a payment from the mobile app while you’re on the go. You don’t need any extra hardware; simply snap a picture of their card and you’re done!

Share your memories

Ah! The trip is over, and you all had a great time! Upload photos from your trip, and even allow your family to upload their own to the same album to glimpse this experience from everyone’s different perspectives.
