New admin pages for forms and surveys

Brand new this week - survey forms and payment forms will now have the same expansive features available to donation campaigns. You'll see these options now available on the admin pages for all forms. 


In addition to the original sharing features, you'll now have these enhanced options:

• Notify Members - via their MP activity feed
• Select a bank account to deposit funds  (payment forms only)
• Manage Alerts - easily manage your admin notifications when someone fills out your form
• Add a thank-you message - easily create a automated confirmation email
• Manage recurring payment options  (payment forms only)
• Copy or customize the form URL 
• Create a form button for your email campaigns - this helps your link stand out
• Create a form button for your external website - easily post a button link to your form on your group's site
• Manage settings for receiving payments by mail (payment forms only)
• Share this form with leaders from another group - collaborate with other MemberPlanet groups without sharing sensitive information or commingling funds

New reporting gives you two options for viewing your online registration responses (payment forms only). 
View Responses - basic table with all information and payment columns
View Purchases - inventory report to help you keep track of how many of each item were sold
