Calling all shopaholics! Does your group sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, bumper stickers etc. to new and current members?

Spirit wear is a great way to raise funds for your group, and no one is more excited to buy these items more than brand new members. That's why we  integrated "payment items" into the new member intake process. When new members are filling out their information to join the group they will have the opportunity to purchase additional items along with their membership (if applicable). Let the shopping spree begin!

One t-shirt per member! 
You can now limit the number of items any member can purchase, or allow them to purchase as many as they choose.

Only 100 stickers Left!
You can now set a finite inventory of items, preventing you from overselling. When items sell out the system will prevent further purchases.

Unlike a traditional online store or payment form, the purchase page for these items is only accessible to your members. It cannot be accessed without logging in. This also allows you to easily track which members have purchased which items. 

Another exciting feature is the virtual store; Members can return to these items after-the-fact from their member portal to buy items they wished they bought at registration time. If the items are still in stock and the member has not exceeded the per-member limit, he/she can log on any time to return to buy more.
